Supervisor Katy Tang presented SFCAHT's 2014 Modern Abolitionist Awards to Genice Jacobs, Diana Oliva-Aroche and San Francisco Police Department Special Victim Unit’s Human Trafficking Task Force  Panelists identified the most vexing challenges in addressing the issue of trafficking demand.
