Justice At Last provides free legal services and representation to survivors of human trafficking so that they can seek justice on their own terms.  We are the only independent nonprofit law firm in the San Francisco Bay Area exclusively serving the legal needs of trafficked persons, regardless of their age, gender identity, nationality or type of trafficking.  Justice At Last provides free legal representation that emphasizes dignity and is survivor-centered, culturally sensitive, trauma informed, and rights-based. We are headquartered in San Francisco and have an additional office in San Mateo County and Alameda County however clients rarely come to our offices because we are a mobile legal practice and we met the client where they are at or at the location of the referral service provider. Our office locations are not public.

Adults and youth that have been trafficked, regardless of gender identity or nonconforming identity

English, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Tagalog and Mandarin (we have staff that speak the above languages and we have 24/7 access to a language line)

Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

No fees

Our specialization includes assertion of crime victims’ rights; vacature and expungement of criminal records; family law; and, immigration relief.

Provide trainings on crime victims’ rights and “Know Your Legal Rights” for survivors and service providers.
