Civil Legal Clinical Program for Santa Clara University School of Law – with Immigration, Employment Rights, and Consumer Rights Legal Services Programs

Low Income clients, primarily Santa Clara County, but we do serve clients from other counties as needed.    

Spanish, French, Portuguese-speaking staff. 
Law students often speak other languages, including Mandarin and Vietnamese.

9:00 to 4:30 Monday through Friday, with Consumer Rights and Employment Rights Advice Clinic one evening a week.  Call for Advice Clinic dates and times.

• Immigration legal representation – T, U visas, Adjustment of Status, family reunification, and representation in removal proceedings.  
• Employment Rights – wage and hour claims, representation in EEOC and DFEH mediations.


• Trainings provided through South Bay Coalition to End Human Trafficking.  
• TA support by Supervising Attorneys to other attorneys assisting trafficking survivors.
